Hauora Goal
- Learn how to implement using Spotlight to communicate with parents
Capability Goal
- Untake PD for the new RE curriculum & complete 501 RE Old Testament University paper to deepen my background knowledge of the Catholic faith.
- Becoming familiar with the new curriculum by planning and using the new English & Math documents
Agency Goal
- Develop and co-construct a shared understanding of what agentic learning looks like, sounds like and feels like at St Joseph’s School.
Personal Goal: To have a bank of Te Reo phrases where I can use them confidently and without prompts.

Strategic Goal 1: Our Catholic Character
Annual Goal: To strengthen teacher capability and knowledge in relation to delivering the RE programme as Catholic educators.
Ako 2 Annual Goal: To support one another to strengthen our knowledge and capability of teaching the RE Programme as Catholic educators.(In a new curriculum area and level)

Annual Goal 1: To raise student achievement through deliberate acts of teaching.
Ako 2 Annual Goal: To accelerate learning through the collaborative planning of deliberate actsStrategic Goal 3: Wellbeing
Annual Goal 1: Prioritising the well-being and hauora of students and staff at school due to the impacts of prolonged lockdowns and disruptions to learning
Ako 2 Annual Goal: Ensuring that our Mana Potential is reviewed and updated every term. Prioritise wananga at the start of each term.
For staff: Checking in each morning with each other using Facebook messenger and emojis

Goals for 2021:
From our Annual Plan- to be developed as a team
Catholic Character: To creatively present the RE curriculum and allow students agency in how they show their understanding. To support students to make choices that show they are followers of Jesus in their daily life.
Collaboration: To plan collaboratively and deliver a collaborative programme across 3 year levels and 3 spaces (2 stand alone classrooms and 1 flexible learning space).
DMIC: To grow our practice and raise student achievement and accelerate progress for target student through the use of the DMIC approach to Maths
